Adsense have many source such as youtube and orkut and even myspace and its own google search page to display ads
now money earned through click frauds has been reduced after google's effort
so no blog users can easily earn money that easily by using adsense without decent or good traffic
If u wanna earn money using adsense you should maintain good site with real traffic for that you should work hard
