Airtel a innovator in gsm

We all know airtel being top gsm provider in india they made several innovations they introduce mcheck online mobile banking and latest one is free sms for every ec recharge

For example if u recharge with 10 rs u get 20 msg balance separately

Likewise you'll get many free msg balance depending upon the recharge amt[say 20 , 30 ,50 etc]

Foolish steps folowed by airtel

In airtel when balance is less than 10 rupees one irritating message will come as 'YOU HAVE LESS BALANCE RECHARGE IT SOON' this computer voice will speaks for nearly 40 seconds ,we can avoid it by disconnecting call when this voice comes and try again it will not come 2nd time ,since it is programmed to come once a day ,but it is irritating.

Though we use message booster after every message we send, balance info will come after every message you send ,if send group message it is irritating.But in vodafone no such silly steps are followed.They should send when free sms gets over but they wont do that ,inorder to get benefit in this type of silly ways.

For customer service also airtel started to charge for 3 minutes 50 paise 121(i think so)
from may 10 they will charge amount for gprs customer care also 12138
this is followed because many people make time pass with the customer care executives by speaking with them unnecessarily ,by teasing playfully them ,joshing.

Callertune rates dropped

In airtel you can select free caller tune but rental charge applicable but for choosing songs it is free and in vodafone too callertune charge dropped to rs 30 for 3 months as an offer rate
will airtel reduce CT rates

call 550551 to 550559
for free music station or to select CT freely in airtel

and 1 year caller tune rate is rs.150 mostly provided by all

How to use BSNL and AIRTEL free hours effectively

Using software[auto power on] and bat file created using notepad ,we can use the free night hours to download files unlimited in normal plan without waking up during night(ya it is possible without spoiling your sleep)

You can use BSNL home 500 and home 500c+ plans as a unlimited plans
To download unlimited you have to posses
Free night hour plan(500 and home 500c+ plans)
Auto power on software

All gsm service providers offers free sim with talkvalue

Free sim also avails a talkvalue of 50 rupees,many people buy these sim and use the talktime and then throw it away ,these will leads to many problems such as

anonymous can use that sim
due to loss, gsm service providers detect unnecessary amount from old customers
many people buy all free sim for talkvalues and give to friends they wont deactivate it

gsm providers should reduce the rates to attract the permanent customers not by providing these free sim for temporary customers

This also include CDMA services.

Airtel telecomm service (Bharthi AirTel) - the best

In GSM mobile service the network coverage of bharthi airtel is good and thier customer care support too
If airtel service detect any fare(charge) wrongly for not using any service(say gprs ,call,message) if we explain the real and proper situation they 'll refund the amount which they detected by mistake(I got refund 3 times)
But in vodafone no refund 'll be given(I tried a lot)

But in cdma service reliance network coverage has no alternative(THE best)secondly to tata service(only cdma)
