Foolish steps folowed by airtel

In airtel when balance is less than 10 rupees one irritating message will come as 'YOU HAVE LESS BALANCE RECHARGE IT SOON' this computer voice will speaks for nearly 40 seconds ,we can avoid it by disconnecting call when this voice comes and try again it will not come 2nd time ,since it is programmed to come once a day ,but it is irritating.

Though we use message booster after every message we send, balance info will come after every message you send ,if send group message it is irritating.But in vodafone no such silly steps are followed.They should send when free sms gets over but they wont do that ,inorder to get benefit in this type of silly ways.

For customer service also airtel started to charge for 3 minutes 50 paise 121(i think so)
from may 10 they will charge amount for gprs customer care also 12138
this is followed because many people make time pass with the customer care executives by speaking with them unnecessarily ,by teasing playfully them ,joshing.
